After enjoying the Delaware resort towns for the past three decades traveling from her residences in and around Washington, DC and NYC, Jennifer and her family realized their dreams and moved to their Rehoboth home full time in 2011. The lure of the relaxed beach life, the diversity of the people drawn to the area and their commitment to the community are what makes this a uniquely special place for Jennifer and her partner to raise their three young children. And her personal experience with building, renovating, buying and selling properties in Rehoboth has given her an invaluable understanding of the evolving housing market in this highly sought after resort area.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Jennifer’s career spanned 30 years working in marketing, sales, consulting, development and event planning roles in both corporate and not-for-profit organizations in Washington and NYC. Additionally, Jennifer is a trained chef having managed restaurants and catered events for the “Who’s Who” of Washington.

Jennifer earned her BA from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and completed a chef program at L’Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, MD before earning her Virginia Real Estate License in 2003. After devoting time at home to raising her children, she returned to the market place eager to apply her knowledge and skills to the real estate market in McLean, VA and now the coastal towns of Delaware as a member of the Tull Realty Group at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s.
