30 May 2010 Positive economic signs in Rehoboth
 |  Category: Uncategorized  | Leave a Comment

Every possible space to park a car is filled.  The sounds of happy diners drift out from Rehoboth restaurants.  Today the sun is out and the beach is beckoning sunbathers and swimmers (although the water is still pretty cold).

Tomorrow, we’ll remember those who fought to defend out freedoms.  Flags and bunting already decorate many homes.

All of these signs give us hope that this summer will be a strong one for local businesses.

Summer has begun.

27 May 2010 Rehoboth gears up for the 2010 season

It’s the day before the Memorial Day Weekend starts, the highway is starting to fill with cars, and the beach is growing more crowded.  This marks the beginning of the new summer season at the beach in Rehoboth, and based on the crowded weekends we’ve seen so far, I think everyone is optimistic for a good season!  The economic news is at least less negative these days, and after the winter of record snows and low temperatures, let’s hope vacationers return to our area for a fun and relaxing vacation!  And don’t forget to frequent our incredible local businesses, they work hard to make sure your vacation is everything you want it to be.

Memorial Day isn’t typically a big real estate weekend (except for rentals) – but if you do want to talk real estate, we are available!

Have a wonderful holiday weekend.
